Algerian Radio
Algerian Radio launches the English version of its website today, coinciding with World Radio Day, which UNESCO has themed "Radio and Artificial Intelligence."
The launch ceremony is taking place at the "Aissa Messaoudi" Club at the Algerian Radio headquarters, in the presence of high-level dignitaries.
The launch of the English version falls within the framework of opening up to living languages—primarily English—in accordance with directives from the country's higher authorities.
The English-language website aims to build bridges with the Algerian community living abroad, providing them with accurate information from reliable sources and the latest news about their homeland. It also seeks to defend and clarify Algeria's positions in the international digital sphere, in addition to promoting Algeria's image, including its civilization, history, culture, and prominent figures.
The English version of the website features several main sections: Algeria, International, Economy, Sports, and Culture.
