Angolan President Lays Wreath at Martyrs' Memorial

The President of the Republic of Angola, Mr. João Lourenço, headed this Monday afternoon to Maqam El Chahid (Martyrs' Memorial) in Algiers, where he observed a minute of silence and laid a wreath at the memorial monument commemorating the martyrs of the Glorious Liberation Revolution.

The President of the Republic of Angola arrived in Algeria earlier today for a state visit.
