The President of the Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a phone call this Wednesday from his brother, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, who congratulated him on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, according to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic.
The statement read: “The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a phone call today from his brother, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, who congratulated him on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, wishing the Algerian people further prosperity and stability”.
In turn, “the President of the Republic thanked his brother, the Sultan of Oman, and congratulated him on the occasion of the Eid, praying to the Almighty that peace and security prevail throughout the Sultanate and for the Omani people”.
