The President of the Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, expressed this Monday his pride in the general sporting level achieved in Algeria, thanks to the results recently attained by Algerian athletes in various world and African championships, as well as international tournaments.

The President of the Republic of Algeria wrote on his official social media pages: “I am very proud of the general sporting level achieved in Algeria, thanks to the will of our daughters and sons who have always been worthy of our trust and will remain so. 122 medals, including 46 gold, in world and African championships and international tournaments within a single month, is a historic achievement born of tremendous efforts. Many thanks to all of you, athletes and technical staff, and congratulations. Long live Algeria.”
