The Minister of Culture and Arts, Ms. Malika Bendouda, presided Monday at the Abdellatif Rahal International Conference Center (CIC) in Algiers over the opening of an international conference on manuscript heritage in Algeria, organized under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

Ms. Bendouda announced the opening of this international gathering, held under the theme "Ink Routes in Algeria: Civilization and Heritage," in the presence of senior state officials, members of the government, and representatives of national bodies, alongside experts and specialists from various foreign countries.
