Mandated by the President, Attaf Participates This Monday in the Ministerial Meeting of the Tripartite Mechanism of Libya's Neighboring Countries

Mandated by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived in Tunis on Sunday evening to participate in the ministerial meeting of the Tripartite Mechanism of Libya's neighboring countries (Algeria, Tunisia, and Egypt), scheduled for this Monday, according to a statement from the ministry.

This periodic meeting falls within the framework of continuous consultations between the three countries regarding developments in the Libyan crisis, as well as the means and prospects for supporting the political settlement process in this brotherly country. This effort is conducted under the auspices of the United Nations and with full respect for Libya's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the unity of its people and institutions, the statement specifies.
