The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived this Sunday in Amman on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the instruction of the President of the Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, according to a statement from the Ministry.
The statement explained that during this visit, the Minister of State will hold talks with his Jordanian counterpart, Mr. Ayman Safadi, "to review the status of bilateral cooperation and look into ways to strengthen the relations of brotherhood and cooperation existing between the two fraternal countries."
In addition, "the Minister of State will participate in the proceedings of the Arabic Consultative Ministerial Meeting on the latest developments in the region, as well as the resumption of the 165th Ordinary Session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level, both of which are scheduled to be hosted by Jordan on June 22, 2026."
On the sidelines of these two ministerial meetings, "the Minister of State will hold a series of bilateral meetings with several of his Arab counterparts," the ministry's statement added.
