President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held a one-on-one meeting this Wednesday evening with his brother, the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at the presidential lounge of Esenboğa International Airport in Ankara.
Prior to the meeting, the President of the Republic was granted an official welcome by his Turkish counterpart upon his arrival at Esenboğa International Airport.
President Tebboune arrived in Ankara for an official visit to sisterly Türkiye, during which he will co-chair, alongside President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the proceedings of the first session of the Algerian-Turkish High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council.
This visit falls within the framework of strengthening the ties of brotherhood and cooperation between the two sisterly countries.
