Chadian Prime Minister praises President Tebboune’s efforts and leadership on the continental stage

The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Mr. Abdelkader Djellaoui, was received on Thursday in N'Djamena by the Prime Minister, Head of Government of the Republic of Chad, Mr. Allamaye Halina. The Chadian official praised the efforts of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in promoting bilateral cooperation and his leading role at the continental level, according to a ministry statement. 

During the meeting, the Chadian Prime Minister lauded "the sagacity of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, his leadership, his efforts at the continental level, and his continuous endeavors to strengthen cooperation and integration between the two brotherly countries." He highlighted "his country's appreciation for the role Algeria plays in supporting development and African solidarity."

According to the statement, "the Chadian Prime Minister conveyed the fraternal greetings of the Head of State, the President of the Republic of Chad, Mr. Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, to his brother, the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, reaffirming the depth of the historic ties and bonds of brotherhood and solidarity between the two brotherly peoples and nations."

Mr. Allamaye Halina also conveyed his fraternal greetings to the Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, reiterating the Chadian government's keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation and expand partnership fields with Algeria.

The Algerian delegation during this audience, which concluded Mr. Djellaoui's two-day working visit to Chad, included the Director General of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation for Solidarity and Development (ALDEC), Mr. Abed Hallouz; Algeria's Ambassador to Chad; a central official from the Ministry of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure; as well as the CEOs of Cosider TP and the National Company of Public Works (SNTP), according to the same source.
