The meeting was attended on the Algerian side by: Messrs. Brahim Merad, Minister of State in charge of the General Inspectorate of State Services and Local Government, Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Saïd Sayoud, Minister of Interior, Local Government and Transport, Amar Abba, Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of Diplomatic Affairs, Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Mourad Adjal, Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Major General Sid Ahmed Berroumana, Commander of the National Gendarmerie, Ali Badaoui, Director General of National Security, Abed Hallouz, Director General of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation for Solidarity and Development, and His Excellency Ahmed Saadi, Ambassador of Algeria to Niger.
And on the Nigerien side, Messrs.: Colonel-Major Ahmed Sidian, High Commander of the Nigerien National Guard, Inspector General of Police, Assahaba Ebankawel, Director General of the Nigerien National Security, Bakary Yaou Sangaré, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Nigeriens Abroad, Colonel Mahamane El Hadj Ousmane, Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, and Amadou Haoua, Minister of Energy.
