To complete the implementation of this national program for 2026, the Ministry announced the opening of a competitive examination for access to specialized training for the rank of "Principal Educator for Youth Animation." Finally, the Ministry called on all youth who meet the legal requirements and qualifications and reside in the border regions and the Deep South to "seize this professional and training opportunity." They are encouraged to contribute to the reinforcement of educational supervision and animation for youth, while upholding the principles of transparency, equal opportunity, and local development in these regions.
