Algeria Exhibitions, a subsidiary of the SAFEX group, unveiled on Tuesday, in a press release, the program for the 57th edition of the Algiers International Fair (FIA), which will be held from June 22 to 27 at the Exhibition Palace (Palais des Expositions), under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

The new "Palestine Pavilion" will host, from June 23 to 25, a series of conferences and specialized debate sessions with the participation of experts, officials, and economic operators.

The program will focus on several axes and themes. The first day will be dedicated to African cooperation and economic integration, featuring discussions on the prospects of South-South cooperation, the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), as well as Algeria's role in light of global geopolitical shifts, the statement specified.

The second day will center on investment, financing, and Algerian-Spanish cooperation. Participants will examine the business climate in Algeria, mechanisms for supporting foreign investors, and the economic partnership opportunities between Algeria and Spain, along with prospects for their development.

Spain will be the guest of honor for the 2026 edition, "a step that reflects the positive dynamic experienced by Algerian-Spanish relations in the recent period, and constitutes an opportunity to strengthen bilateral cooperation and explore new partnership prospects between Algerian and Spanish companies in several strategic sectors," a previous company statement had indicated.

The program will conclude on the third day with two main topics: mining resources and technological innovation. It will highlight Algeria's mining potential and investment opportunities within the sector, in addition to the role of innovation and artificial intelligence in supporting economic transformation and strengthening technology transfer, the same source specified.

In this context, "Algeria Exhibitions" has invited all media outlets to ensure comprehensive coverage of these conferences and economic meetings, and to follow the debates and presentations that will enrich the event's program. This aims to highlight the main issues addressed, as well as the cooperation and investment opportunities offered by this edition of the FIA.

This edition will take place across the various pavilions of the Exhibition Palace and, for the first time, in the "Palestine Pavilion." This modern architectural edifice embodies a qualitative leap in the organization of major fairs and economic events, thanks to its vast spaces and state-of-the-art equipment that meet international standards, thereby strengthening Algeria's position as a host destination for major global economic events.

The Fair will cover several sectors, such as the agri-food industry, electrical and household appliances, mechanical industries, the iron and steel industry, manufacturing, public works, and construction, as well as the services sector.

Spaces will also be reserved for exhibitions and direct sales, allowing exhibitors to promote their products and strengthen their market presence.

As a reminder, the 56th edition of the Algiers International Fair (June 23-28, 2025), organized under the slogan "For Common and Sustainable Cooperation," recorded a record participation of 684 companies. This included 539 Algerian companies and 145 foreign companies representing 31 countries, with the Sultanate of Oman serving as the guest of honor.
