In the wilaya of El Oued, the electoral process began across 6 mobile polling stations located along the border strip. These are distributed equally among 3 municipalities (Taleb Larbi, Douar El Ma, and Ben Guecha), with the total electorate at these stations reaching 2,612 voters.

The voting process also started across 3 mobile polling stations in the wilaya of Illizi for voters in remote areas—consisting of two (2) stations within the administrative district of Debdeb and one mobile station in the municipality of Bordj Omar Driss.

It is worth noting that voting at other mobile stations will begin tomorrow, Wednesday—24 hours prior to election day—across other wilayas, such as Adrar and El M'Ghair.

The voting process for the July 2 legislative elections had kicked off yesterday, Monday, across the deep south wilayas concerned with advancing the vote by 72 hours ahead of the official election date, such as the wilayas of Djanet, In Guezzam, Illizi, and Tamanrasset.

In the wilaya of Djanet, the process covered residents of remote areas and nomadic populations, requiring the mobilization of 9 mobile polling stations—8 of which are located in the municipality of Djanet and one station in the municipality of Bordj El Haouas—according to the wilaya coordinator of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE).

The same official added that the number of registered voters at these mobile stations reaches 36,456 voters, representing more than 50 percent of the total electorate across the wilaya.

In the wilaya of In Guezzam, the total number of registered voters at the mobile stations stands at 5,878 voters, distributed across 4 stations. Three of these stations began receiving voters yesterday, Monday, while the fourth station started receiving voters registered on its lists today, Tuesday.
