Government Meeting: Education, Culture, and Training on the Agenda

Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb chaired a government meeting on Wednesday dedicated to the education, culture, and training sectors, according to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office.

The government examined a draft executive decree establishing procedures for opening special classes within mainstream school settings, as well as eligibility conditions for accommodations and facilitation measures during exams and competitive examinations for people with special needs.

According to the same statement, "this initiative relies on an effective and integrated approach in favor of people with special needs, through their support in classes adapted for this purpose within the ordinary school environment."

Furthermore, the government heard a presentation regarding the project to establish the Algerian Philharmonic Orchestra. Finally, the government received a presentation on the national training and skills framework.
