Algeria has initiated the necessary procedures for the denunciation of the convention regarding Air Services between the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the State of the United Arab Emirates, signed in Abu Dhabi on May 13, 2013, and ratified by the presidential decree of December 30, 2014.
According to the provisions of Article 22 of the said convention, the denunciation must be notified through diplomatic channels to the Emirati contracting party, with simultaneous notification to the Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for the completion of the required formalities with this organization.
