The Air Algérie Group signed two cooperation agreements with the African Business Council (AfBC) and the Africa Prosperity Network (APN) on Monday in Addis Ababa, according to a press release from the group.
These agreements are part of an initiative aimed at consolidating the national airline's continental position and strengthening its involvement in African economic dynamics.
According to the same source, these partnerships aim to facilitate the mobility of African economic players, support intra-African trade, and accompany initiatives promoting the continent's commercial integration.
The agreements provide for the examination of preferential arrangements applicable to passenger and cargo transport, while complying with current operational and regulatory requirements.
They also cover the implementation of joint actions in the fields of training, institutional visibility, and the mobilization of economic delegations for platforms and events with a continental scope.
Through these commitments, the Air Algérie Group reaffirms its role as a mobility partner serving African economic development and regional integration, the statement concludes.
