The death toll from the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,126 martyrs and 171,809 injured, the majority of whom are women and children, Palestinian health authorities reported this Sunday.
The same source explained that the number of victims transported to hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours reached 3 martyrs and 4 injured. It noted that many victims remain under the rubble, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
It noted that since the ceasefire took effect last October, the Zionist occupation has continued its violations, leaving 641 martyrs and 1,711 injured, while the bodies of 755 martyrs have been recovered.
For more than two years, the Zionist occupation has committed genocide in Gaza, characterized by killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring international appeals and the orders of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to halt these actions.
