Organized by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, this major continental event—hosted by Algeria from March 28 to 30 under the slogan "All Networks, One Convergence"—constitutes "a strategic platform for dialogue and cooperation, aimed at harmonizing public policies, infrastructure strategies, investment dynamics, and innovation ecosystems, within the framework of a unified African digital vision."

The first edition of this event features "a high-caliber participation bringing together major telecommunications operators, international technology companies, and investors, in addition to a number of innovators and experts from the digital sector, thus reflecting the growing importance of this event at the regional and international levels."
This gathering embodies "the strategic vision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune," aimed at "consolidating Algeria's position as a hub for digital innovation in Africa, through supporting digital transformation and strengthening inter-African integration."
It is also about "building a digitally interconnected African continent through the integration of terrestrial, maritime, aerial, and space networks, thus guaranteeing a modern and secure infrastructure that meets the requirements of the digital age."
This event also aims to "strengthen digital sovereignty and narrow the gap between African countries by developing integrated communication systems that support economic growth and keep pace with global technological transformations."
