President of the Republic Signs Presidential Decree Pardoning Inmates Who Passed the Middle School and Baccalaureate Exams and Graduates of Vocational Training Programs

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, signed a presidential decree granting a pardon to inmates who passed the Middle School Certificate and Baccalaureate examinations, as well as those who obtained certificates of completion in various vocational and craft training streams during the 2025–2026 academic year, according to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic on Wednesday.

Under the presidential pardon decree, "nearly 5,000 inmates across the various mentioned categories and streams" will benefit, according to the same source.
