Adoption of the Law Determining Electoral Constituencies

The members of the Council of the Nation adopted, on Wednesday afternoon, the law determining the electoral constituencies and the number of seats to be filled in Parliament.

The vote took place during a plenary session chaired by the President of the Council of the Nation, Mr. Azouz Nasri, in the presence of the Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Mr. Saïd Sayoud, and the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Ms. Nadjiba Djilali.
