Government Meeting: Review of a Draft Executive Decree on Real Estate Development and Presentation on the Professions Map

The Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, chaired a government meeting this Wednesday, devoted to studying a draft executive decree defining the terms and conditions for granting a concession that can be converted into a transfer of ownership, concerning land belonging to the private domain of the state designated for the completion of real estate development projects of a commercial nature, as well as a presentation on the skills map for structural projects, according to a statement from the Prime Minister's services, the full text of which is as follows:

"The Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, chaired this Wednesday, June 24, 2026, a government meeting devoted to the following points:

At the beginning of its session, the government examined a draft executive decree defining the terms and conditions for granting a concession that can be converted into a transfer of ownership, concerning land belonging to the private domain of the state designated for the completion of real estate development projects of a commercial nature.

This text falls within the framework of the new approach adopted by the state in the field of managing economic real estate, and the directives of the public authorities aimed at creating a more attractive and effective investment environment in the field of real estate development.

On the other hand, the government listened to a presentation on the skills map for structural projects.

This concerns a forward-looking tool for diagnosing current and future needs in terms of competencies and monitoring them, with the aim of providing a qualified workforce and ensuring the smooth running of major structural projects, through the establishment of an integrated system for collecting and processing data related to the quantitative and qualitative needs of qualified human resources.

This initiative is part of the reform and development of training programs, in order to adapt their outputs to the needs of the national economy and improve the employability and professional integration of graduates."
