Attaf Holds Talks in Antalya with the Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya

On the sidelines of his participation in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held talks today in Antalya with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Mrs. Hanna Tetteh.

This meeting provided an opportunity to review the latest developments on the Libyan scene in light of the ongoing UN efforts aimed at advancing the political process in this country. It also served as an occasion to reaffirm Algeria's commitment, alongside Libya's neighboring countries, to support various endeavors aimed at achieving a sustainable settlement that ensures the establishment of security and stability in Libya, while safeguarding its sovereignty, independence, and national unity.
