The Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Ms. Nacima Arhab, received on Tuesday evening in Algiers the Chadian Minister of Higher Education and Vocational Training, Mr. Sitack Yombatina, according to a ministry communiqué.
During the meeting, held on the sidelines of the 4th session of the Algerian-Chadian Joint Governmental Cooperation Commission, both parties reviewed "Algeria's experience in digitizing the training sector through the development of digital platforms, the widespread adoption of technological tools, and the modernization of management within training institutions."
A presentation was also given on the "National Reference Framework for Training and Skills (RNFC) as a tool for regulating training pathways and adapting them to labor market needs. Additionally, they examined ways to strengthen cooperation in the field of pedagogical engineering and the exchange of trainers and experts."
On this occasion, Ms. Arhab affirmed "Algeria's readiness to support Chad in digitizing and developing the training sector through the transfer of expertise and the qualification of human resources."
For his part, the Chadian Minister emphasized "his country's interest in benefiting from the Algerian experience in modernizing vocational training, developing digital education and pedagogical engineering, as well as the experience of the RNFC."
The meeting falls within the framework of "strengthening African cooperation and consolidating partnerships between the two countries," the communiqué noted.
