Commissioned by the President of the Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb arrived this Wednesday in the wilaya of Tissemsilt for a working and inspection visit, according to a statement from the Prime Minister’s office.
The statement added that during this visit, the Prime Minister will oversee the launch of the “General Plastic Injection (GPI) project, a production unit for automotive plastic components and accessories.”
According to the statement, “this visit falls within the framework of implementing the President of the Republic's directives aimed at relaunching confiscated projects and integrating them into the national economic dynamics. This approach enshrines the principle of valuing productive assets and transforming them into a genuine lever for development and wealth creation.”
According to the statement, “this project is also part of the efforts made by public authorities to encourage the local manufacturing of automotive spare parts, as a fundamental pillar for building an integrated and sustainable production system that supports the development of the national mechanical industry.”
During this visit, the Prime Minister is accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities, and Regional Planning, Mr. Saïd Sayoud, and the Minister of Industry, Mr. Yahia Bachir, along with a number of economic operators.
