The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Mr. Abdelkader Djellaoui, begins a two-day working visit to Chad this Wednesday. The visit aims to implement the memorandums of understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements signed between the two countries last April, according to a ministry statement.
Mr. Djellaoui is accompanied by the Director General of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation for Solidarity and Development (ALDEC), Mr. Abed Hallouz, as well as central ministry officials and CEOs of public sector companies, specifically SNTP (National Company of Public Works) and Cosider TP.
This visit "falls within the framework of materializing the shared will of the leaders of both countries to strengthen bilateral cooperation and expand partnership in this sector by transforming agreed commitments into concrete field projects to serve the mutual interests of both nations," the statement added.
