Ahmed Attaf Holds a Phone Conversation With His Egyptian Counterpart 

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held a telephone conversation on Friday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr. Badr Abdelatty, according to a ministry statement. 

The statement indicated that the call focused on the "fraternal relations and cooperation between the two countries and brotherly peoples, as well as ways to strengthen and develop them, in light of the directives of the leaders of both countries and in anticipation of upcoming bilateral events."

The two ministers also "exchanged views and analyses regarding developments in their shared regional neighborhood, as well as in the Middle East and the Gulf region, reflecting both countries' commitment to the tradition of consultation and coordination on various issues of mutual interest," the statement added.
