In a solemn atmosphere of faith, His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Al-Hudhaify delivered the Arafat Day sermon from Nimrah Mosque, emphasizing that Hajj is an act of pure worship dedicated to Almighty God, in which the meanings of submission, devotion, and the veneration of God's rituals are manifested, far removed from political slogans and partisan rhetoric.

His Eminence highlighted the values of mutual acquaintance, brotherhood, and tolerance among Muslims that the Hajj season embodies. He called upon the pilgrims to emulate the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in performing the rituals and acts of worship, and to invoke the greatness of this blessed day, which is considered the best day of this world, noting that "the best of supplications is the supplication on the Day of Arafat."

The Sheikh also recalled the objectives of Hajj and its blessed rituals, before concluding his sermon with prayers for all Muslims, asking for security, guidance, and acceptance, and for God to protect Muslim lands from all harm.

Inside one of the Algerian tents in Arafat, Mr. Youcef Belmehdi, Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments and Head of the Algerian Pilgrims Affairs Office, accompanied by the Director of the Pilgrims Affairs Office, attended a guiding address delivered a member of the Fatwa Committee. In his speech, the Sheikh emphasized the necessity of adhering to the directives of the mission members and the established regulations to ensure the performance of the rituals under the best possible conditions.

The Sheikh also called upon Algerian pilgrims to exhibit exemplary character and discipline, urging them to be the best ambassadors for Algeria on this blessed spiritual journey, while raising his hands in prayer for God to accept the pilgrims' Hajj and to protect Algeria and its people.
