The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held a telephone conversation today, Thursday, with his brother, the President of the brotherly Republic of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, during which they exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha. They wished continued stability, progress, and prosperity for the two brotherly peoples, according to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic.
The statement read: "The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held a telephone conversation today with his brother, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the brotherly Republic of Turkey, during which they exchanged greetings for the blessed Eid al-Adha, wishing the two brotherly peoples continued stability, progress, and prosperity."
During the call, the two presidents also discussed "ways to support and strengthen cooperation between the two countries across various fields, particularly following the recent visit of the President of the Republic to Turkey, which opened promising prospects for enhancing the strategic partnership and exemplary cooperation between the two brotherly nations."
