The Algerian Minister of Interior Co-Chairs an Expanded Working Session in Paris With His French Counterpart

The Minister of Interior, Local Collectivities, and Transports, Saïd Sayoud, co-chaired on Monday in Paris, alongside his French counterpart, Laurent Nunez, an expanded working session involving members of the delegations from both countries, a ministry statement indicated.

This meeting provided an opportunity to "address several files and issues of common interest, particularly those related to the areas of competence of both sectors," the same source specified.

This gathering is part of the working visit Mr. Sayoud is undertaking in France, at the invitation of the French Minister of Interior, following the latter's visit to Algeria on February 16 and 17.

The Minister of Interior, Local Collectivities, and Transports had arrived in Paris on Monday, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
