The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, visited several stands of Algerian and foreign companies participating in the Algiers International Fair (FIA) on Monday at the Pins Maritimes Exhibition Palace, where he inaugurated its 57th edition. On this occasion, the President of the Republic inquired about the achievements and investments of Algerian companies across various sectors of activity.
The President of the Republic first stopped at the pavilion of Spain, the guest of honor for this edition. This participation, which reflects the positive dynamic in Algerian-Spanish relations, offers the opportunity to strengthen bilateral cooperation and explore new partnership prospects between companies from both countries in several strategic sectors.
The President of the Republic also stopped at the stand of the National Agency for the Study and Monitoring of the Execution of Railway Investments (ANESRIF), where he followed a detailed presentation on major railway projects completed across different regions of the country.
The President of the Republic also visited the stand of "Iris Tyres," a company specializing in tire manufacturing, and that of Air Algérie, where he listened to explanations regarding the airline's investment reinforcement plan.
The President of the Republic then stopped at the stand of the Bellat company, which is experiencing sustained momentum thanks to the realization of several investment projects in the field of white meat production.
He continued his visit by heading to the stand of the SIM agri-food group, whose investments are rapidly expanding and whose products cover a significant share of national production.
The President of the Republic subsequently stopped at the pavilion of the Sultanate of Oman, which is participating in this edition with several pioneering economic enterprises, before heading to the pavilion of Tunisia, which is also participating with several companies aiming to strengthen cooperation and partnership ties with Algerian firms.
The President of the Republic also made a stop at the pavilion of the State of Palestine, where he followed a detailed presentation on the high-quality products exhibited, before visiting the pavilion of Senegal, represented by several major companies, and that of Chad, which is participating in this edition with several economic enterprises interested in partnerships.
At the pavilion of the Ministry of National Defense, the President of the Republic followed detailed explanations regarding the various national military industries and manufacturing, as well as the production facilities belonging to the People's National Army (ANP).
This edition of the FIA records the participation of several military establishments, which are showcasing their latest technologies and productions.
The President of the Republic had begun his visit by attending a comprehensive presentation on this 57th edition of the FIA, organized under the slogan "Trust and Stability for Sustainable Growth," featuring the participation of economic operators and national and foreign companies.
