Members of the national community established in France praised, on Tuesday in Paris, the achievements made on the path to building the new Algeria, under the leadership of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who constantly recalls the obligation to address the concerns of the national community abroad.
Having come to fulfill their electoral duty at the Nanterre polling center, as part of the July 2 legislative elections, Algerian nationals unanimously praised the achievements made, which have "strengthened the bond of trust between the national community and the motherland."
Among these major achievements, they cited the opening of branches of the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) in France, thereby facilitating fund transfers and access to real estate loans for Algerians established in France.
To this must be added other highly appreciated measures, such as the extension of facilities for importing vehicles less than five years old, Air Algérie's preferential rates for families, as well as the simplification of procedures for issuing passports and identity documents, which are now accessible via digital platforms.
Met at the Nanterre center while fulfilling her electoral duty, Ms. Senoussi Fadela, head of an association helping people with disabilities in Gennevilliers, launched an appeal to her fellow citizens for massive participation in the ballot.
She also took the opportunity to express her deep gratitude to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune for the concrete measures taken in favor of the national community established abroad.
"The President of the Republic has greatly facilitated many procedures for us," she acknowledged, highlighting the notable improvement in the care of people with specific needs within consular representations.
In the same spirit, Ms. Sabrina Ouangeli marked her presence to fulfill her civic right, while inviting members of the diaspora to go to the polls in large numbers to "make their voices heard."
She highlighted the awareness and mobilization work initiated to encourage nationals to exercise their right. For her, this election is an opportunity to consolidate ties with the homeland, reinforced by the flagship reforms initiated by the President of the Republic.
On the organizational front, the delegate of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE) at the Nanterre consulate, Ms. Messaouda Boughdiri, welcomed the atmosphere in which the voting operations are taking place, at a time when all necessary means are in place for the smooth running of the electoral operation.
"We have noticed a remarkable turnout that is intensifying day by day," she told APS. To guarantee the proximity of the ballot, ANIE has set up, in addition to the main center in Nanterre equipped with four polling stations, three relocated polling stations in Trappes, Mantes-la-Jolie (Yvelines), and Dreux (Eure-et-Loir), respectively.
Ms. Boughdiri also stressed that despite the high temperatures, the exemplary mobilization of Algerians in France demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and an unwavering commitment to the future of the Nation.
