The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, praised on Saturday the efforts made to gather the conditions for the success of the recent legislative elections, and to contribute to establishing, during the electoral campaign, a climate of fair democratic competition, as well as guaranteeing that citizens could exercise their electoral duty in serenity and under the best conditions.
"As we celebrate this memorable anniversary, which coincides with an important constitutional milestone in the process of building a true democracy, I would like, on this occasion, to praise the efforts made to gather the conditions for the success of the legislative elections, held two days ago, and to contribute to establishing, during the electoral campaign, a climate of fair democratic competition and guaranteeing that citizens could exercise their electoral duty in serenity and under the best conditions," indicated the President of the Republic in his message on the occasion of the celebration of the 64th anniversary of Independence Day and the Recovery of National Sovereignty.
