On Sunday afternoon, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, officially laid the foundation stone for the construction project of a 10,000-seat Grand Performance Hall in the municipality of Ouled Fayet (west of Algiers). This event took place as part of the festivities commemorating the 64th anniversary of Independence Day and the recovery of national sovereignty.
This massive project covers a total area of 60,000 square meters.
