The Ministry of Youth announced in a statement on Wednesday the inclusion of the Higher School of Youth Leadership Sciences and Technologies in the ministerial circular regarding the pre-registration and orientation of baccalaureate holders, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This decision falls "within the framework of the effective implementation of the sectoral strategy aimed at promoting the training system, wherein the process of transforming the 'Madani Souahi' National Institute of Higher Training for Youth Cadres (INFSCJ) in Tixeraine (Algiers) into the Higher School of Youth Leadership Sciences and Technologies was finalized by its official inclusion in Ministerial Circular No. 01 concerning the pre-registration and orientation of baccalaureate holders for the 2026–2027 academic year."

This inclusion represents "a pivotal step in the process of reforming and modernizing the sectoral training system, effectively launching the Higher School and welcoming its first cohort of professional master's students for the upcoming academic year in the specialties of 'Youth Leadership and Guidance' and 'Communication and Public Relations in Youth Institutions,'" the same source added.

This achievement is "the result of coordination and integration between the Ministry of Youth and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, marking the transition of youth cadre training to a new stage built on academic scientific research and specialized training."

It also relies on "the various sciences related to youth leadership and support, as well as the use of the latest technologies that align with youth interests and accompany societal transformations, thereby enhancing the sector's capacity to train qualified young national talents in line with the most modern scientific and professional approaches," the Ministry of Youth's statement concluded.
