The national women's badminton team clinched two bronze medals on the second day of the individual African Championships, held on Sunday in Gaborone, Botswana.
The two bronze medals were won by Yasmine Chebbah (women's singles) and the duo of Mazri Linda and Yasmine Chebbah in the doubles event.
For their part, the pairs Koceila Maameri and Tenina Maameri (mixed doubles) and Koceila Maameri and Sabri Medal (men's doubles) qualified for the finals.
It is worth recalling that the Algerian men's team was crowned African team champion for the fifth consecutive time.
