The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, offered his sincere condolences on Sunday and expressed his deepest compassion to the family of the moudjahid Noureddine Djoudi, who passed away on Saturday at the age of 92.
"In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 'Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their vow, and some are still waiting, and they have not changed their commitment in the least.'
To the family of the late moudjahid Noureddine Djoudi: It is with great sadness and profound sorrow that I learned of the passing of the moudjahid Noureddine Djoudi, a pioneering diplomat who left his unique mark on all the positions he brilliantly held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as during his notable tenures in various external forums and organizations," the condolence message read.
"The late moudjahid joined the ranks of the Revolution within the units stationed at the borders, where he had the honor of training the South African leader Nelson Mandela in the use of weapons during his stay at the training camps of the National Liberation Army (ALN)," the President of the Republic recalled in his message.
"As we bid farewell to a moudjahid and a patriotic diplomat, I extend to you, as well as to all the relatives of the deceased, my sincere condolences and my deepest feelings of compassion, praying to Almighty Allah to grant him His holy mercy, to welcome him into His vast paradise, and to grant his loved ones patience and comfort. To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return," the President of the Republic concluded.
