Fourteen people were killed and others injured on Saturday evening during strikes carried out by the Zionist occupation targeting southern Lebanon.
The Public Health Emergency Operations Center, affiliated with the Lebanese Ministry of Health, stated in a press release that a strike on the town of Al-Hanniya, in the Tyre district, left seven dead, including six Syrians—among them a child—and one Lebanese national. Nine other people of Syrian nationality were also injured.
The center added that another Zionist strike on Deir ez-Zahrani, in the Nabatieh district, caused the death of seven people and injured eight others.
The toll of victims from the Zionist aggression against Lebanon now stands at 1,189 dead and 3,427 injured, according to the latest statistics published by the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
