Three Palestinians were martyred yesterday, Sunday, following a Zionist bombardment that targeted a group of citizens east of Gaza City.
Medical sources reported that three Palestinians were martyred and others injured following an airstrike by occupation aircrafts targeting a group of citizens near Al-Shafi’i Mosque in Al-Zaytun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The sources stated that medical teams transported the bodies of the martyrs to the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in the city.
Eight Palestinians were martyred in various strikes and raids launched by the Zionist occupation army since dawn yesterday, targeting different areas across the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
The death toll from the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,278 martyrs and 172,013 injured, the majority of whom are women and children, according to Palestinian health authorities yesterday, Sunday.
It is worth noting that since the ceasefire came into effect last October, the Zionist occupation has continued its violations, leaving 702 martyrs and 1,913 injured, while the bodies of 756 martyrs have been recovered.
