The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, laid a wreath this Monday morning at the memorial dedicated to the victims of the Croatian War of Independence in Zagreb. This tribute took place at the start of his official visit to the Republic of Croatia, according to a ministry statement.
The statement explained that the Minister of State's commitment to observing this established protocol in Croatia is “part of valuing the historical relations between the two friendly countries. These ties date back to the period of Croatian support for the Algerian Revolution, as well as the contribution of Croatian friends to national construction efforts during the early years of independence”.
