Commissioned by the President of the Republic of Algeria, Attaf Begins an Official Visit to the Swiss Confederation

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived in Bern on Wednesday evening for an official visit to the Swiss Confederation. Commissioned by the President of the Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the visit was announced in a statement from the Ministry.

The statement explained that this visit “aims to instill a new dynamic into Algerian-Swiss relations across their political, economic, and human dimensions”.

During this visit, “Minister Ahmed Attaf will hold discussions with several Swiss officials on ways to consolidate and enhance bilateral cooperation,” the statement added.
