Pope Leo XIV Lays a Wreath at the National Liberation Revolution Martyrs' Memorial

His Holiness Pope Leo XIV visited the Memorial du Martyr (Maqam El Chahid) in Algiers this Monday, where he observed a minute of silence and laid a wreath before the monument commemorating the martyrs of the glorious National Liberation Revolution.

Pope Leo XIV arrived in Algeria earlier today for an official visit at the invitation of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
