A Lebanese journalist was martyred on Wednesday in a strike by the Zionist army targeting her vehicle in the south of the country, reported the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA/ANI), citing a local Red Cross source.
According to the same source, Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil was killed while performing her professional duties.
Since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on Lebanon in 2023, which a ceasefire concluded in November 2024 sought to end, the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) has recorded at least 14 Lebanese journalists and media professionals assassinated by the Zionist entity.
