Algeria to Host Two Major International U14 Tournaments in June

Algeria will host two major international tennis competitions for the under-14 category this coming June, the Algerian Tennis Federation (FAT) announced on Monday.

"The first tournament will take place from June 21 to 24 at the Bach Djarah Tennis Club (Algiers). It will be immediately followed by the second tournament, scheduled from the 25th to the 28th of the same month, at the same venue," the federal body stated in a press release published on its social media platforms.

Both events, which are part of the ITF/CAT U14 Circuit, will be classified as Grade 2 tournaments, and each will be preceded by a qualifying phase, the same source detailed.

Algeria is also gearing up to host the 2026 edition of the U14 Arab Championships, scheduled to run from July 6 to 13, 2026, at the Bach Djarah Tennis Club.
