The Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, is presiding today, Monday, May 11, 2026, over the opening of an information day on enhancing the effectiveness of the Single Window. Organized by the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) under the slogan: "The Single Window: From Concept to Implementation," this event is part of the ongoing structural reforms initiated by the state to improve the business climate and bolster investment efficiency in Algeria.
The organization of this meeting comes as an embodiment of the strategic directives of the President of the Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which aim to make investment a fundamental pillar for diversifying the national economy. This is to be achieved by modernizing administrative management mechanisms and simplifying procedures to ensure a more attractive and transparent environment for the benefit of investors.
This information day aims to introduce the new procedures related to activating the Investment Single Window, particularly regarding the strengthening of the powers of the relevant administrative representatives. It also seeks to clarify their roles in accompanying investors, managing their files, and granting the necessary licenses and documents to implement projects within shorter deadlines and with greater efficiency, thereby contributing to the improvement of the investment climate and supporting economic development.
