The warplanes of the Zionist entity launched a series of air strikes on eastern and southern Lebanon on Monday evening, resulting in the martyrdom of 12 people and the injury of 3 others.
Zionist artillery shelling also targeted a number of towns in the Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts of southern Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the southern suburbs of Beirut witnessed a wave of displacement following Zionist threats to expand attacks in Lebanon.
According to the Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the cumulative toll of victims from the Zionist aggression from March 2 until Monday has risen to 3,185 martyrs and 9,633 injured.
The Zionist entity continues its assaults on southern Lebanon despite the truce agreement that came into effect on April 16 and was extended for a second time on May 15 for a period of 45 days, amid warnings of deteriorating security and humanitarian conditions in the region.
