Attaf Holds Talks in Seoul with His Nigerian Counterpart

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks today, Monday, in Seoul, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the fraternal Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ms. Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, on the sidelines of his participation in the ministerial meeting of the Africa-Korea Partnership, according to a statement issued by the ministry.

During this meeting, "Minister Ahmed Attaf renewed his congratulations to his Nigerian counterpart on the occasion of her appointment at the head of her country's ministry of foreign affairs, and discussed with her horizons for consolidating the distinguished relations that bind the two countries," according to the same statement.

The two ministers also "discussed the latest developments in the Sahelo-Saharan region and ways to jointly contribute to promoting peace and development in this space by moving forward with structural projects of an integrationist nature," as stated in the announcement.
