United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres condemned on Sunday evening the Zionist strikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon.
"I strongly condemn the (Zionist) strikes carried out today (Sunday) on Beirut (...)," the UN Secretary-General stated in a communiqué, expressing that he is "keenly" confident that his ongoing efforts "will lead to a positive outcome."
Three people were martyred Sunday in a Zionist strike on the southern suburbs of Beirut, the second such attack in a week.
The death toll from the Zionist aggression against Lebanon since last March 2 rose on Sunday to 3,783 martyrs and 11,699 wounded, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
