The Ministry of National Solidarity, Family, and Women's Affairs announced this Wednesday the launch of two new digital services through the National Portal of Digital Services. Developed in coordination with the High Commissioner for Digitization, these services are designed for people with special needs and beneficiaries of the solidarity allowance, according to a ministry statement.
The same source explained that these two services "make key procedures available to beneficiaries through a simplified digital process."
Within this framework, the digital service for the Special Needs Card allows users to " request a card for the first time, modify card data, or reissue a card in case of loss or damage. "
Similarly, the digital service for the Solidarity Allowance Card offers the capability to " request a card, modify card data, or reissue a card in case of loss or damage. "
To benefit from these services, "it is sufficient to create an account on the National Portal of Digital Services to access them easily and securely via the link: https://dzds.dz/ar-dz.", according to the statement.
The launch of these two services embodies "the ministry's commitment to enhancing the beneficiary experience and providing more accessible and rapid digital services, thereby improving the quality of public service and making it closer and more responsive to citizens' needs."
