On instructions from the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport, Saïd Sayoud, accompanied by a ministerial delegation and the Director General of Civil Protection, Boualem Boughlef, arrived in Annaba to oversee the progress of firefighting operations in Seraïdi, and to follow up on the efforts of the various services deployed to extinguish the fires and care for those affected.
Upon his arrival, Mr. Sayoud visited the Abderrahmane Khane Hospital in Annaba to check on the health of the patients who were evacuated from the Seraïdi hospital facility.
