Fire at the Assisted Children's Institution in Mohammadia: Mouloudji Stresses the Need to Provide all Forms of Support and Assistance to the Injured

The Minister of National Solidarity, Family, and Women's Affairs, Mrs. Soraya Mouloudji, has instructed the departments of her sector to provide all forms of support and assistance to those injured in the fire that broke out at dawn today, Thursday, at the assisted children's institution in Mohammadia (Algiers), according to a ministry statement. 

The same source explained that "following the painful incident witnessed by the social care institution in Mohammadia, the Minister traveled in the early hours of dawn today, immediately upon receiving the news of the fire in this institution, where she oversaw the initial care conditions for the injured, amid the full mobilization of the civil protection services, various security apparatuses, and public authorities."

The statement added that the Minister "is currently monitoring the health status of the injured at the Zeralda Major Burns Hospital and the Mustapha Pacha University Hospital Center to check on all cases, and she also oversaw the transfer of some stable cases to specialized institutions to receive medical and psychological support. She also instructed the sector's departments to provide all forms of necessary support and assistance to the injured."

In this regard, "Mrs. Mouloudji expresses her deep sorrow over this painful tragedy and extends, on her own behalf and on behalf of all the sector's officials and staff, her deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the families of the victims, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy upon them, grant them a place in His spacious paradise, and grant the injured a speedy recovery."
